This is a must read! Thank you Bob, out of Canada, for the nice words!

We sent out an email blast to wish everyone a Happy New Year and received a very nice email from a recent customer of ours.  We would like to thank all of our customers that make our job fun and enjoyable! It's a pleasure to work with you!

Hi Ken and Kindra and Chris,

And a happy New Year to you!

My wife and I are really enjoying the 2010 LS460! I had no problems getting it across the border thanks to your help. The inspections validated that the Lexus LS460 meets all Canadian specs. I just had to pay the $4000 duty (built in Japan), GST and inspection fees and I was good to go!

I want to say that Superior Lexus really does a Superior job! Chris Nottage was excellent! We made the deal by cell phone as I was coming out of the movie theatre in Chinook Mall in Calgary.
But what really impressed me was that the staff didn't just talk customer service - they walked the talk!

The day after Chris and I reached a deal by telephone was his day off and in order to get all the paperwork in place to meet the Registrar of Imported Vehicles requirements and to get the car home well before Christmas, I had to call just about every department in Superior Lexus. I was so impressed! The people staffing the phones never left me hanging or transferred me to a department where no one answered! They would say, "Well, if you can hang on a minute, I will walk over [to Sales, or Finance or Service] and find someone who can help you!" It was really terrific!

The icing on the cake was that your folks in Finance were able to generate a Bill of Sale and a Title with my name on it and send it to RIV without having received any money! Now that may not be standard practice, but Superior Lexus was willing to do whatever was possible in order to meet my needs. Customer Service isn't just talk at Superior Lexus. It is truly ingrained in the culture of the organization. And that doesn't happen over night!
