When not here working away, you can bet he is spending quality time with his family. Monte and his wife Angela and their wonderful daughter JoAnn keep busy with their 2 horses, 3 dogs and 2 cats. When he is not spending time with his family you can find him either fishing, hunting, blacksmithing, or skiing. He says, "Helping others, fixing things, and a good family, there's no better motivation than that."

If you were to ask Monte where he sees himself in 5 years, his answer would be "closer to spending time with my family and doing all of my favorite hobbies, full time."
